Annabelle is an experienced HR Generalist who has worked across several industries including financial services, accounting & the not-for-profit space. She has executed numerous strategic HR projects including: organisational redesign, remuneration & benefits, strategic performance management, HR systems implementation and automation of HR processes.
She is passionate about helping businesses transform their HR systems and processes to automate HR administrative tasks and create space for HR to work strategically with the business to achieve their strategy and mission whilst creating a culture where employees thrive.
