Carolyn Adams is an experienced HR Generalist who has worked across several industries including financial services, retail, manufacturing, and government. She has most recently been in a specialist remuneration role; however, she has broad experience across the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, recognition programs, industrial relations, including EA negotiations, organisation design and restructures, cultural change and change management, project management and extensive stakeholder engagement experience.
