Deanna has 10 years of Organisation Development (OD) experience from design and delivery through to implementation in Culture, Leadership, Performance, Talent, Capability and Diversity & Inclusion.
Deanna enjoys blending human centred design and agile experience to build innovative solutions. Deanna believes designing for diverse and inclusive teams should be key to any People and Culture strategy for any organisation – Start-ups, SMB, Corporate or Government. Before specialising in HR, Deanna spent 10 years working globally in Finance and Technology project roles.
Deanna is an avid traveller and loves experiencing new cultures. Exploring Melbourne on foot or by bike with her family is a favourite weekend activity. Deanna is a volunteer researcher looking at the relationship of Inclusion in Agile organisations.
