Hayley has 10+ years’ experience working within the internal Talent Acquisition space working across the UK, Europe and Australian markets. Her industry experience is broad, working across FMCG, Retail, Media, Mining and more recently healthcare.
She has experience recruiting volume and niche roles, from assistants all the way through to Executive level hires. With 5 years management experience, Hayley has successfully led teams to nature and develop best practice across the Talent Acquisition space.
Her passion is creating the best candidate experience possible with a strong focus on employer branding. AS well as hands on recruitment, she is experienced across the following areas – Team management and development, budget management, project management, strategic direction, employer branding and social media, EVP, business partnering and process improvement.
