Jennifer Hancox


Jennifer is an experienced Senior HR Manager who has worked in global roles across both commercial and not for profit sectors. Recently returning from 17 years working in London, she has executed numerous strategic HR projects focusing on the planning and executional of large global organisational transformation programmes. She has also led HR teams, supporting the organisation to deliver their strategies through strong people initiatives, building talent, skills and capabilities and embedding culture initiatives.

She has a strong passion for getting under the skin of the organisations she’s supported, understanding their DNA, and exploring ways to transform and create dynamic workplaces that are fit for the future. Having worked across seven continents, she is looking forward to getting back into the Australian market and sharing her experience.
