Jo’s career has focused on the development and improvement of HR operating models and the establishment of global shared services teams. Jo works comfortably in strategy development and delivery execution, partnering with shilo. to support our service delivery and operation functions.

Over the past 20 years, Jo has delivered effective and impactful change through innovative digital transformation and automation, exploring and leading the market with new solutions, partnering with commercial relationships, leveraging new ways of working and maintaining an ongoing improvement approach.

She has led large scale global functions across a broad range of industries in complex and challenging organisations, going through growth, acquisition, or transformation in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Software, Retail, and Professional Services.

Jo has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
