Lana is an experienced HR Business Partner and generalist who has worked across several industries including management consulting, higher education, communications/media, and luxury retail. Lana has executed numerous strategic HR projects with a focus on process design, continuous improvement, wellbeing, and strategy. Lana is an expert in workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, recruitment strategy, policy design, employee relations and skills and capability frameworks. She has a strong passion for the world of HR and exploring ways to transform the function to create dynamic workplaces through her continuous improvement and growth mindset.
