She is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in both specialist and generalist HR roles and has experience in implementing large scale change and transformational initiatives both within HR and the Business.
Sharna’s experience also spans across numerous industries such as telecommunications, banking, finance, Non for Profit, Education and immigration and has worked across all areas of the business from sales and service to corporate areas such as legal, communications, marketing, IT and engineering.
Sharna is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has a Business Degree majoring in HR Management.
