Sionainn Hayes


Sionainn (Shannon) is an experienced HR and Operations Generalist with a breadth of experience across a range of different industries, including education, the public and private sector, and non-for-profit organisations.  

Sionainn has technical expertise in all functions of HR including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, workforce planning, performance management, organisational development, and employment relations. As well as being a true HR generalist Sionainn has also developed astute operational expertise over the past decade which include IT, Facilities, Internal Communications and Finance. Sionainn thrives in a busy environment where she can add value to those around me by supporting organisations to build and maintain a positive workplace culture. 

Sionainn is passionate about diversity and inclusion as well as sustainability with a belief that they are fundamental to the long-term success of organisations. Sionainn is always striving to further develop her skills and experience and is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration/Master of Human Resource Management.
