Stephen is a senior People & Culture executive who has led enterprise-wide organisational transformation initiatives, including reward and remuneration redesign, governance and policy reform, and multi-state restructuring at executive level.
In addition to his People & Culture leadership experience, Stephen has held responsibility for Finance, enabling him to bring a strong commercial perspective to workforce and organisational decisions. A Chartered Accountant, AICD graduate and Member of the Australian HR Institute, he is known for his calm, authentic and principled approach to leadership and stakeholder engagement, building trust quickly across diverse teams.
