shilo. was initially engaged to support a regional home with line level recruitment needs. It is a remote location and the shilo. consultant used initiative and a very diverse approach to sourcing candidates in a difficult market. This led to some excellent candidate placement and provided some solutions that can be utilised in other remote regional homes. The shilo. consultant built excellent relationships with stakeholders and this led to a second placement within the TABP team working with Corporate Services and Regional Managers to place leadership roles. The consultant’s insights, candidate care and stakeholder management led to some great placements.

Overall, it’s having a safe, skilled pair of hands to come in and help keep things going. We don’t have a ton of extra capacity (particularly in the HR space), so having people with a depth of knowledge is invaluable, who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done.
