Nikell (ni-kehl, she/her) is an experienced HR Generalist who has played numerous roles within scaling organisations to enhance internal operations and culture. She has been responsible for executing a range of strategic HR projects such as leadership coaching, team alignments, operational frameworks, accessible policies, talent acquisition, employer branding, internal communications, talent identification, and general employee lifecycle documentation.

She has a core mission to empower and enable those around her to work in creative ways so that more organisations can see the benefits of an innovative employee culture. Her passionate approach to HR can be seen in the way her projects consider broader organisational logistics while prioritising the solutions that are fitting for the time, size, and ambitions.
