Nikell (ni-kehl, she/her) is an experienced HR Generalist who has played numerous roles within scaling organisations to enhance internal operations and culture. She has been responsible for executing a range of strategic HR projects such as leadership coaching, team alignments, operational frameworks, accessible policies, talent acquisition, employer branding, internal communications, talent identification, and general employee lifecycle documentation.

She has a core mission to empower and enable those around her to work in creative ways so that more organisations can see the benefits of an innovative employee culture.
