Jon is a senior People & Reward leader with more than 25 years of experience designing and operating the systems, structures, and frameworks that connect people strategy to business performance.
He brings deep expertise across total reward, executive remuneration, payroll, people systems, and HR operations, developed across the defence and aerospace, FMCG, retail, property, and education sectors in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
Jon has led teams of up to 30 people across five countries and successfully navigated significant organisational change, including restructures, system migrations, and operating model redesigns.
