She has delivered numerous strategic HR projects focusing on organisational change; talent management & employee experience, wellbeing, skills and capability frameworks; and various HR & LMS system implementations.
She brings curiosity and energy to her roles, and is passionate about helping organisations navigate workplace obstacles and how to bring the future of work to life. Emma is an accredited Genos EI Assessor and brings extensive background with various talent acquisition projects including creating and supporting successful early in career programs.
