shilo. did a fantastic job at matching the brief perfectly with a fantastic resource that had the right level of experience for our business that was able to quickly and professionally deliver what we needed to allow us to meet our business objective and launch our HR Initiative.

The service I experienced end to end on the project was exceptional. Ongoing communication and check points along the project helped to keep me completely aligned with what was happening and any slight changes in direction we needed to make.  shilo. far exceeded my original expectations for this project.

I found my shilo. consultant outstanding for the task we required. Hard working, practical and a real delight to have part of our efforts in People and Culture to support the business.

Our shilo. consultant was fabulous – attention to detail and ability to challenge and investigate each issue in a highly complex Award was exactly what we needed and allowed us to deliver on effective rostering and SCHADS compliance management. Could not have done this project more efficiently and effectively without shilo. being an integral part of our team!

Just wanted to take the time to say a HUGE thank you for all your work and support. It has been so great to work with another HR professional but to have your wiz and expertise externally has been really important to me and my perspectives at HSM. You are extremely good at what you do as well as summarising and condensing complex info to make it easier to understand.

We engaged shilo. in a cultural change project and were impressed by the partnership skills and deep technical knowledge of the consultants. They have ensured we are set up for success. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

shilo. was initially engaged to support a regional home with line level recruitment needs. It is a remote location and the shilo. consultant used initiative and a very diverse approach to sourcing candidates in a difficult market. This led to some excellent candidate placement and provided some solutions that can be utilised in other remote regional homes. The shilo. consultant built excellent relationships with stakeholders and this led to a second placement within the TABP team working with Corporate Services and Regional Managers to place leadership roles. The consultant’s insights, candidate care and stakeholder management led to some great placements.

We found ourselves in a difficult and urgent situation and the shilo. team were responsive, took time to understand our needs and budget. They acted professionally and kept us informed through the process. Importantly they found an excellent candidate for us.

shilo. provided a wonderful consultant, who was professional, reliable and delivered all requirements in a timely manner. Nothing to fault. Our shilo. HR consultant was fabulous.

Highly recommend. shilo. is a source of talented HR/People professionals and really understands your capability needs.

Our shilo. consultant provided expert change analysis and advice at the outset of our digital transformation. They ability to translate our strategic intent into engaging communications and change activities set us up for success, helping to bring our people along the journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend shilo. to any business.

We have utilised the services of shilo. a number of times with results that have exceeded expectation each time. The quality of the shortlist of candidates who were able to meet our brief in very short timeframes was exceptional in every instance. Ilona and Sharna know what sets great people practitioners apart and have built a bench of exactly those sort of consultants.

shilo. provided us with a highly qualified employee relations lead to assist us in resolving a number of complex staff matters with efficiency, and a caring attitude toward those they engaged with. I would not hesitate in engaging shilo. again.

shilo. provides consultants of the highest quality. Time is spent understanding the clients needs and requirements and therefore when the consultant starts their work they do so from a position of knowledge. On top of all that all the shilo. people are not only skilled professionals, they are also just friendly people! We’d go to them over anyone else.

Overall, it’s having a safe, skilled pair of hands to come in and help keep things going. We don’t have a ton of extra capacity (particularly in the HR space), so having people with a depth of knowledge is invaluable, who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done.

The shilo. consultant provided to us was just fantastic. They joined us at a time of significant change and was able to hit the ground running. They were flexible, delivered on time and to a high quality. I have no hesitation recommending shilo. and would definitely engage again.
