Beverley (Bev) is an experienced People, Culture and Organisational Development specialist who has worked for some of Australia’s most iconic brands from Channel Ten to Taronga Zoo. Most recently, Bev led the employee experience and leadership development work at nib Health Funds.
Bev has worked across all elements of the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, leadership development, change management, learning and organisational development and remuneration and benefits. Amongst her proudest achievements are leading a number of high-profile strategic projects including flagship leadership development programs, evolving employee experience measurement, redesigning performance management processes and championing the adoption of flexible workplace practices.
Bev is passionate about people and enabling organisations to unlock their potential through employee centric and strategic HR initiatives that deliver measurable results.
