Brendan is an experienced Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER) Specialist who has held senior roles and consulted across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality and gaming, and construction.
He provides strategic advice on all aspects of industrial relations, including enterprise agreement negotiations, dispute resolution, contingency planning, protected industrial action, mergers and acquisitions, workplace policies and procedures, performance management, legislative compliance, and representation before industrial tribunals.
Brendan is also a licensed workplace investigator (Victoria) and has conducted numerous investigations into bullying, discrimination, and other complex workplace complaints.
In addition to his consulting work, Brendan has served as an occasional lecturer and sessional examiner for the Faculty of Law at Monash University.
