Georgia is a commercial and customer focused HR executive who has spent over 20 years in a mix of consulting roles and leading in-house HR teams. With a background in law and strategy consulting, she found her passion for people as a critical business driver and has spent the rest of her career in this space.
She is passionate about helping clients work on solving business issues in a holistic and integrated way. She has expertise in working in the strategic space, while at the same time ensuring practical and fit-for-purpose solutions for clients. She is a highly agile, energetic, and adaptable leader, with an engaging and collaborative style, that inspires high performance.
Georgia has experience consulting across a range of industries and sectors, including ASX-listed, NFP and government. She has also spent 15 years in-house in finance and professional services organisations leading HR teams in the areas of Transformation, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Culture & People Experience, Employee Relations, Employer Brand, and HR Business Partnering.
Georgia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Diploma of Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
