Jennifer is an experienced Consultant with a strong HR background within start-up and scale-up organisations spanning APAC and EMEA. She has supported and led cross-functional teams across several industries including professional services, technology, not for profit and higher education. Her passion lies in partnering with Founders to build HR functions and deliver on strategic people and performance initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys being active and is a keen runner and yogi. She’s fortunate to be based near Sydney’s East Coast and spends most of her Summer by the beach.
