Laura Barclay has over 20 years of HR, change management and communications experience across IT, telecommunications, financial services, environmental, retail and education in Australia and the UK. She has led and managed the implementation of large-scale change and transformational initiatives and has worked in multiple sectors with organisations from start-ups to large corporates. She has designed and delivered numerous strategic HR and change projects, focused on business transformation, improving employee engagement, building organisational capability and training delivery.
