Melissa empowers organisations to create and deliver fit-for-purpose strategies and programs that galvanise teams to drive impactful change, proactive and inclusive cultures, customer and employee centricity, optimised performance, innovation, wellbeing and positive social impact. She has supported organisations to successfully navigate most key business events, including new ways of working, system implementations, large-scale organisation restructures, key leadership changes, M&A, de-mergers, and privatisation (IPO).
