Sarah is an experienced HR Generalist who has worked across several industries including Tech, Airlines, Pharmaceutical and FMCG in different countries. She has wide international experience across Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions. She has executed numerous strategic HR projects focusing on organisational development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, recruitment and separation, policies, and procedures. She has worked with many start-ups and SME’s building their HR foundations and developing and restructuring their current ones.
