Serena is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development leader. She has delivered numerous high impact strategic projects spanning strategy, policies and frameworks; transformation and continuous improvement in operating models and processes; capability development and significant organisational and culture change programs. She brings expertise in topics including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, culture and engagement, and leadership development.
