Susan specialises in workplace behavioural risk minimisation achieved by delivering appropriately tailored and constructive interventions to individuals, teams and groups to realign their focus, reduce public, legal and financial exposure and improve business outcomes. Susan collaborates with Organisational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development and Industrial Relations functions within private and public sectors to achieve organizational cultural change. Susan is passionate about delivering equity, diversity and inclusion and creating high performing inclusive cultures with positive workplace relationships.
