Trine Kirkegaard Simpson is an experienced change and transformation manager. She has 20 years of international experience working in Europe, Asia and Australia across multiple sectors including technology, professional services, government and manufacturing.
She specialises in the implementation of strategic initiatives and company-wide change projects including M&A people transformation and stakeholder engagement; as well as IT delivery and business optimisation projects aimed at aligning systems, workflows and processes to improve the customer journey.
Trine has an international communications degree majoring in change management (with honours) with extensive experience in change and project management tools such as Prosci, ADKAR and Agile.
A Danish native, Trine speaks six languages. She also acts as an advocate for cancer research and is the founder of a fundraising initiative which has raised tens of thousands of dollars.
